We do not organize any events. However, we offer a free walking tour with pick up from our lobby. We can also give you recommendations on what to do in the city.

Do you offer luggage storage?

We do have a luggage room that you can use free of charge. There are also the luggage lockers available for 150 CZK/ 6 EUR.

can I check in at 8:00 AM?

Check in starts at 15.00 but if the room is clean and ready to use we would happily send the guest there right away.

Are sheets and towels included?

The sheets are included, we provide the towels for 100 CZK/ 4 EUR payment for usage and a 250 CZK/ 10 EUR refundable deposit.

Is there an extra charge for sheets or towels

Hello, thank you for your question. Bed linen is included in the price, but towels are for rent for 100 czk.

Reception is 24/7 for guests who have a reservation already. We do also accept credit cards for payment excluding American Express.

The energy saving lighting in the washroom and shower room turned off and on over 10 times while I was showering, very annoying. I waited from 8pm- 11pm still could not able to do my clothes washing. I believe the hostel have to review the laundry room card system because I think some guests may keep it for long time. I did went to a hostel with more guests but same number of washing machines, I still could wash my clothes by waiting around the machines ,but here, I checked 4 times with staff that night, still no luck.

One night
I am staying here once in a while when I need to sleep close to the main train station. Location is perfect Common lounge place and the garden are awesome
Too hot inside the room (it was in the main season of the summer but still the hot was unbearable even during the night).. we had one small fan in our room (not sure if it was from hostel or private one of another guess) Toilets need to be maintained. They vere clean but unable to sit because the top part (wc desk) is not properly fixed to the wc. It slipped down. If I counted well, there were 3 toilets per our part of floor (no idea how many people was really accomodated at the same time, but I would guess 25 person..it seems a bit much to 3 toilets..).. Not sure if all floor has the same arrangement.. The breakfast was average, the scrambled eggs were soaked with water or something like that.. But for the price 190 CZK you can get even the juice, water, coffe.. it was very handy and nice

Good value for money
facilities were great and everything was super clean. Beds were comfy and curtains were a bonus! outside area was really nice.
staff weren’t very friendly. also it would be nice if some events were organised through the hostel.
